REVENUEOPS DATA TERMS · v1.0 · 2026-09-09
Merchant data terms
These terms apply when merchants use RevenueOps to connect Shopify and view revenue, repeat-purchase, refund, and inventory summaries.
Roles and purpose
The merchant controls its store's customer data. RevenueOps processes the minimum necessary data to provide operational analysis to the merchant. It does not sell that data, use it for advertising targeting, or disclose it to third parties.
Data minimization and security
RevenueOps requests read-only Shopify access; OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. Order imports remove emails, phone numbers, names, and addresses in the browser and use anonymous customer identifiers.
Retention and deletion
Anonymous orders and sync summaries are retained for at most 90 days from collection. Merchants can delete data held by RevenueOps at any time under Data connections → Retention and deletion. This does not change Shopify store data.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants confirm that they have authority to grant data access and are responsible for customer consent, deletion, and do-not-sell requests. Protected customer fields or cross-border compliance commitments require a separate applicable data-processing agreement.
